LEGO Serious Play

LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is an engaging workshop methodology designed to unlock creativity and encourage meaningful conversations within teams. Using LEGO bricks as a communication and problem-solving tool, participants build models that represent ideas, challenges, and perspectives. The activity helps teams move beyond conventional discussions and explore innovative thinking in a highly interactive environment. Through storytelling and reflection, participants gain deeper insights into teamwork, communication, leadership, and organizational dynamics while fostering stronger collaboration and engagement.

Participants are guided through a series of facilitated exercises where they individually and collectively build LEGO models in response to prompts, challenges, or business scenarios.
