A fast-paced activity in which teams must compete to build the tallest free-standing structure out of spaghetti, tape, some string, and one marshmallow. It teaches a lean approach to risk management and the value of continuous experimentation – to reduce waste.

Teams are given spaghetti, tape, string, and a marshmallow to construct a stable, tallest possible structure within a fixed timeframe. Success depends on planning, prototyping, testing, and adapting quickly. The exercise reinforces continuous experimentation, calculated risk-taking, and collaborative execution under resource limitations.

Yes, the event can be done with 10 participants. Large group sizes are never an issue.
Do you conduct this in my city?
We conduct this activity pan India. In case our facilitator is not available inyour city for the requested date, we can have someone from the closest city drive down fly in to set this up.
Will there be someone to assist us with the technicalities of the challenge?
Yes. Though the activity completely depends on your team’s resourcefulness, help will be provided for the technical aspects.
Are there any prerequisites that we need to bring?
All tools and equipment are provided on site. All you need to bring is your A-Game!
